Some things just go together & when it comes to meat…beef with horseradish sauce, lamb with mint sauce & of course, pork with apples. I’m all for branching out & trying new things, but they’re classics for a reason.
Tonight I made Pork Chops with Golden Apple Sauce using a Rachel Ray recipe. It’s hard to go wrong with pork & apples & this recipe was yummy. It was easy, which is great.
I’ll definitely be using it again. I love the cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger in the apples. I didn’t mash the apples up into sauce, I like the texture of the apples in chunks.
