Challenge # 3 Salmon with Avocado Salsa + 30 Days of Creativity, Day 14

Jude was a bit shocked & horrified that I made salmon without capers tonight! How could I?!? Well, I did & it was yummy. I wanted to try a new salmon recipe & I came across this one. Up until recently, I have not been a fan of raw onion. Lately, it’s been growing on me. Onions are at their best when they are caramelized, but raw ain’t too bad. Sorry Mom! I know you don’t like raw onions, but I’m starting to.

Anyway, we had a lovely meal & the salsa was really nice. I loved the mix of the creaminess of the avocado & the tartness of the lime. I didn’t use hot peppers because I wanted the boys to try it.

This is also my creative enterprise for the day. I sewed some lace onto my dress today, so I guess that counts too.

Be on the lookout for my first giveaway tomorrow! It’s a good one.

Right, because those boys ate so much salsa – not.

  2. This looks so yummy! I don’t eat fish… If this was put in front of me I think I might give it a second try!
