Couch to 5K – Week 2

Just checking in. Completed the second week. The middle run was tough, but the final run of the week went really well. Sometimes when I am running I can’t imagine increasing my time and other times I can really picture it happening.

I’m going to keep on keeping on. I’m not having any knee pain – yay!
