I love curry! When I lived in London, part of the time we lived around the corner from Brick Lane – curry capitol! We ate wonderful curry at least once a week. When I go back to the UK, I always buy curry powders & pastes, though they are much more available here now.
I don’t make curry often for some odd reason, it’s not too difficult & it would make my husband ever-so-happy.
So I made Chicken Curry tonight using this recipe. I added some unsweetened, dry coconut & some Splenda. It was so good! I’ll definitely be making it again.

In the spirit of moderation, we should probably try not to have curry more often than once every day or so.
